Envelope Addressing: Encore
NOTE! Your envelopes will be printed AT THE SAME TIME as your wedding invitations; therefore, it's important that you enter your calligraphy requests BEFORE ordering your wedding invitations.
The "Calligraphy by Encore Studios" system, created exclusively for Encore Studios Products, has been designed to compliment the various Encore Studios albums. This calligraphy system offers personalized calligraphy in typestyles and ink colors that match your Encore wedding invitations.
Encore will also add calligraphy to your Response cards and Seating cards, making each one personal for your guests! In addition, they will provide you with an alphabetized "Guest Response List and Seating Roster" which provides columns for recording responses, table seating, gifts, and thank you acknowledgments.

Please note that many Encore wedding invitations do not include inner envelopes. In most, but not all cases, inner envelopes are available for an extra charge. If you are not sure, please check with us before entering addresses to find out if your invitation choice has inner envelopes available. |
Ordering Instructions:
1. Download the calligraphy program at the Encore Studios website. Click here to download.
2.
Follow Encore's instructions, included in the program, for entering your addresses. As an added convenience, you can access and view a "Guide to Envelope Addressing Etiquette" at any time while entering your list.

Choose between outer envelopes only or both outer and inner envelopes
4.
When you are finished entering your addresses, DO NOT send the list until after you have ordered your invitations.

When Ordering your Encore Wedding invitations - Indicate in the "Comment Area" at the end order form that you are ordering calligraphy, specifing exactly what your calligraphy order contains including:
Number of addresses
Outer envelopes or inner and outer envelopes
Ink color
6. Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Upon receipt of your confirmation notice, you may send your addresses. Your calligraphy order will then be submitted to Encore and they will match it up with your wedding invitation order.
